** ON HOLD ** Fender Squier Maple Precision Neck & Fingerboard - Loaded. £115 North Staffordshire

This is from my Squier Sonic Bass which I have now found a replacement Rosewood fingerboard for with a wider nut to suit my old sausage fingers.

 

When I bought the Bass a previous owner had, had the neck refinished - very professionally & added a Fender Spaghetti logo

 

It’s a really nice neck with a fully functioning Truss Rod, level frets, original tuners & played really well with a low action all the way up the neck, but I found the nut a bit too narrow for me. However, despite not being a massive fan of Maple fingerboards - I must say that it had noticeably more ‘bark’ to the sound than a Rosewood fingerboard - even to my old ‘cloth ears’?
