Grover Titans, Missing in Action

Has anyone bought a set of Grover 145c and found any parts missing? 

My set arrived today, in a box that looked like it had been kicked from the shop to my letterbox. I opened them up, sat and studied them and thought, somethings missing here, the large washers (4) that go onto the ferral barrel thingy, nowhere to be seen.... anybody got any spares I could buy please..? 🙁

Have you tried asking the place you bought from? If you bought from a shop (ie not a private sale) then they should be the ones supplying you with any missing parts/replacing the whole thing, surely?

Yes I've done that, sent pictures of package and everything, it was an e-bay purchase, they are looking into it, I'm just impatient, and they don't seem to be in a rush.
