Apart from the fact that it's so versatile (tuner/fx unit/drum machine for home practice/digital interface etc), it has some great sounding patches including some very good amp models. The patches I use most on it though are the compressors, in particular the DBX compressor which, in a gigging situation, is so, so useful! I bought another one on here last year so I have 2 now; one for rehearsals and gigs that's permanently packed in my accessories case, and the other just sits at home on my practice amp.
