Here's an Aguilar OBP-3 preamp pre-wired with Volume-Blend-Bass/Treble Stack and P/P Mids (400hz/800hz). Recently removed from a 5-string Fender.

Functions as it should, will need one/two battery snaps depending on if you want to run it at 9/18v and an output jack.
