Left my bass at a mates for a few weeks and got it back today and noticed the skunk stripe is slightly raised - doesn't affect how it plays really but I'd love to get it sorted.

Is it gonna be an expensive luthier job? Or something I can sort myself.

Cheers.

Depends how handy you are yourself.

I would loosen the trussrod and see if the gap closes. Then turn the trussrod again so the gap opens a bit. Fill the gap with titebond (maybe mixed with a bit of water to make it more fluid).

fill the gap with glue, and loosen the trussrod again so the gap closes.
