problems with Soundrop

started getting problems with our Digital Aggregator, Soundrop, first of all they took down one of our Albums claiming unusual streaming activity when they'd hardly been any streams according to their own figures.
the latest statement show a lot of streams for one of our songs (by our standards) but we finished up with a minus net Amount Due.
Trying to get to talk to a real person is proving very difficulty
