Rounds vs flats tension?

Does anyone know if the string tension of Harley benton 40-95 rounds are similar to Thomastik flats 43-100?

 

I currently have HB rounds on my bass, fancy a change from rounds to flats, but don't want to adjust the truss rod if possible, as it's accessed at the heel on my fender, making it a bit of a fuss to mess around with.

Should be pretty close. The action will have to come up slightly for the TIs at the very least.
