I have something very special in my possesion that I may potentially sell or trade.

It's a lefty 1978 fender precision bass, all completely original with original case and labels booklets, even the original key.

The bass was owned by Ed cosens who was the bass player for reverend and the makers. He owned it for 20 years, and bought from wunjo guitars around 2005.

It was used to record the album "state of things" and all his solo stuff. Toured all over the world with it. Played it at Wembley with Oasis and kasabian. It's been on jonathan Ross, jools holland, v festival and loads of others. I have photos of him playing it, its on loads of YouTube videos, I even have a video of him playing it for me before sending it to me, aswell as a letter from him.

It's even got the same strings on it from when he bought it 20 years ago, which means they are the very same strings that recorded the albums.

It was something I planned to keep forever, as it's not often you see such a story connected to a bass, but being a lefty bass it is super weird to play, I was going to reverse string it, but it seems such a shame to do that.
