John made this for me a few months ago, but now surplus to requirement as i upgraded to. Fender Jazz Elite

 

its a superb combination. It provides each pick up with its own volume and tone control. It also has a series/parallel toggle switch 

 

slots straight in and as it has solderless connections, even i can do it!

 

happy to post in UK ( included in the price)
