HELP - No Sound from Markbass CMD 102P Bass Combo

I'm selling my Dad's Markbass CMD 102P Bass Combo and Standard 151HR cab for him and I've just gone to test it and I can't get any sound out of the combo.

 

The amp head is reviving an input as the peak light flashes when I play, and both the combo and sub work when connected to my own separate combo amp with a speakon cable.

 

Something is stopping the combo from receiving the bass input, there’s not even feedback or anything it’s like it’s muted.

 

I’m completely out of ideas if you have any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried bridging the effects loop in and out sockets with a short patch cable? Very often the contacts are corroded through lack of use, and interrupt signal flow. Worth a try.
