Thanks anyway I’ve sorted the issue I think anyway. I put a Spirocore A & E on my old French bass and realise I still  hate them, they’re just so numb and uninspiring to play and sound is choked and compressed on my bass. I put my Chorda CH A & E back on my bass and she’s come back to life my only issue with them is tuning stability, wrapped gut and staying in tune just doesn’t work, Olive’s are the same but I can live that for the sound and feel. Spirocore Weichs = Yikes for my bass.
