Strings for 32" scale bass

Just bought an ibanez srmd 4 string and wondering about string gauge.  I use 40-100 daddarios on my 34" scale bass and thinking of 45-105 for this one.  Is there much difference in tension between both scales if I just stick with 40-100?

With the shorter scale tension will probably be less so 45-105 on a 32 should feel similar to 40-100 on a 34.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking.  The only makes that offer the exact gauges I fancied had hit or miss reviews though.

Just ordered a set of Daddario, that I usually play, medium scales with 45-100 gauge.  We'll see how they go.
