Bass player wanted - The Classic Blues Show - Mid Wales / Shropshire based - Now on hold

I need to be replaced in The Classic Blues Show. This is not your pub type blues band, have a look at the website: https://theclassicbluesshow.co.uk  Members based around Mid Wales, Shropshire and Worcestershire

 

The set is classic blues, you can have all my music crib sheets which will speed matters up, there are full set recordings and I will help if it is required.  There is no pressure to play the material exactly as per recordings, it is evolving.   The starting date is flexible, sooner would be better, I will step down after November at the latest.  We aim to get 20 gigs per year  (see the events schedule), bookings for the 2026 are being organised now.  The fees are variable, from memory the best was £230 (Shrewsbury Abbey last year).
 

A super set of musicians who are all highly experienced with a professional approach and outlook. Everyone is a pleasure to work with, my reason for departure is a house restoration.
