paulie Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 I recently picked this up used. It was in great condition and had very little use. when i went to test it at the sellers house there was no sound. The power came on but no output from the speakers (internal or external cab) (Seller had no idea there was a fault and gave me the amp for free with the agreement that I’d pay something if it was a cheap fix.) The preamp section worked as did di out but just no output after several emails to EBS I eventually got a reply with no explanation but just advice that I take it to a tech! they didn’t even recommend a tech, I had to do the ground work there. luckily I found a tech who was an authorised EBS tech. He diagnosed a failed power module. a month later and he still has no info from EBS on a replacement!! worst service I’ve ever experienced I will never buy EBS again!
