Hofner Ignition Series Violin Bass w/ Hardcase - Now £250 £275 Watford, UK

I bought this from this forum in 2022 as a gateway to short scale basses.  
 

For the price it’s really lovely instrument and is in very good condition.  
 

The previous owner had made some tasteful tweaks to make it look more like the higher end models.  The sale also includes the official hard case along with a set of both round wound and flat wound Hofner strings and the original parts that had been replaced (truss rod cover, control knobs, pickguard).

 

I subsequently bought a Nordstrand Acinonyx last year and haven’t picked the Hofner up since so it’s time to move it on.   

Collection preferred but since it has a hard case a courier could be organised at buyers expense.
