Unfortunately distortions (and compressors) can amplify this hum - it may still be there at low volume when the pedal is off. I have a similar issue if I plug my laptop charger into the wall when I'm using my pedalboard + headphones at home Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have a similar issue if I plug my laptop charger into the wall when I'm using my pedalboard + headphones at home I will have to have a play around, think maybe my board may be a bit close to the amp, I'm using one of the boss cases with built in power and a daisy chain power cable that came with it.
