downlow Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 Hi Guys, I just bought this little bass and don't know a thing about guitars. I was hoping that someone could help me to identify its history. I have of course looked online to get some info, but nothing yet seems to fit this particular bass. I also emailed Bill Lawrence about it, but no response yet. From what I read, there is some controversy with Bill Lawrence pickups and the rights to the Bill Lawrence name. This is quite confusing, and I would love to know who actually made this bass. This bass does seem to have a Bill Lawrence pickup, but I can't find any info on a bass made by Bill Lawrence. The seller didn't have much info. Thanks in advance for any help. These entry level quality solid body guitars feature designs based on classic American favourites.
