Bilbo Posted May 7, 2009 Share Posted May 7, 2009 This was the first jazz saxophone solo I ever transcribed - I chose it because it sounded great but also because it was playable on a bass in its entirity without too much trouble (tenor and alto sax solos tend to go outside of the range of the bass guitar).
