Nice budget bass which I used to try the world of short scale. New pickups, squier wiring harness and new Hofner strings have been added. Dodgy Pickups and electrics, and prehistoric strings adorned it when I bought her. The pickups are Fazley brand budgets and are hot at around 11k. I have used these in previous low rent projects and they sound modern and punchy. The body is also smaller than a standard P bass 2/3rd size?? Finished in a nice trans cherry.

 

The neck though is the best part. Feels great and  with a warm, smooth played in hue and skunk stripe. 37mm at the nut.

 

There are age related marks and some scratches which I have pictured.
