Has anyone tried them out in Fenders, Squiers, P basses etc. Whats the opinion on the pickups compared to original fitment items? Any good as replacements or upgrades? gary mac Posted March 21, 2023 Share Posted March 21, 2023 I installed a set of G&L U.S. MFD SB1 pick ups in my my P bass build. No additional routing required to body or pickguard, they dropped right in and give me the sound that I loved in my SB1 but in a lighter weight instrument. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
