mybass Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 (edited) I picked up this bass recently but found the active 'mid' control not working. Not a real bother for me but I finally replaced it with an Ibanez part. Now I find the passive mode volume output has dropped a lot and against the 'active' mode volume, wouldn't be of use for live or recording. The huge amount of wiring inside this bass puts me off trying to correct this, its basically a mess in there. Everything is literally jammed in! Anyone know these issues at all as I'm thinking of disconnecting the active mid if necessary? Thanks.
