As it is one of the first versions of this amp (94V0) and Ampeg no longer exist as an independent company, it is virtually impossible to get any technical documentation for this version of the amp and hence to repair it. My only chance now is to find someone with the same version of the amp who is willing to open it and take a photo of the inside. Specifically I need a detailed photo of PSU board and poweramp in place of poweramp. If any of you possibly own this version of the amplifier, I would be immensely greateful for taking those photos and sending it to me. Thank you! They should give you excellent support. Yeah, but this would lead to complete exchange of the main board. The parts cost is about 90% of the cost of replacing the whole amp... Surely you can photograph your amp? What I remember there was a capacitor explosion and a heat damage to some other components... I handed it over to an experienced technician but he is not able to figure out how to repair it without a proper technical documentation. agedhorse Posted September 2, 2022 Share Posted September 2, 2022 The version is not 94V0, that's the flame spread rating of the PCB!
