I was after a set of acoustic bass strings before i went back to uni, and thought it was a highstreet shop aswell and phoned up to get the address (couldn't find it on google maps but knew it was nearby in plymouth), tunred out they're mail order only, but the guy drove out to my house within the hour and gave me the strings free of charge because i needed them that day. They have a good range, and seem to actually keep them in stock (unlike some others), and the prices don't seem too bad. The second time I ordered they rang me to say that there would be a delay as they were all tied up at one of the big music shows.
