It involved some TV Jones guitar pickups bought from Retroville Guitars in Plymouth. As they say, judge a company how they react when things go wrong and in this case their no quibble return & refund was professional, easy and straight forward. If you need any TV Jones products I would highly recommend contacting these guys first.
