Vintage machine head ID

Much like the last time I posted one of these “what’s this then?” posts, I’m pretty sure it’ll be obvious to the more trained eyes out there but... 

these bass tuners, there’s something about them that makes them stand out. They’re old, heavier than the usual/typical fender copy types I’ve seen and the keys have a weird shaping to the edges I’ve never seen!? 

anyone know who they’re made by or what they’re off?
