hestan
Overwater Progress III Deluxe 6 String with hardcase. Only 2 years old, bought brand new, in excellent condition and frets/setup have been done twice by Chris. £1500. It is a reluctant sale - I was lucky enough to recently aquire a Fodera Imperial 5 and as I already have a custom Overwater fretless I feel this beautiful bass needs a new home. It really is a stunning bass with only a couple of little dints in the laquer on the rear of the bass and immaculate on the front. Please check the link below to hear the bass in action: http://www.johnnycopland.com/Johnny%20Copl...les/IMF+1db.mp3 This bass GROOVES! too - here's a live track: http://www.johnnycopland.com/Johnny%20Copl...les/Groovus.mp3 Edited August 15, 2007 by hestan

phagor
hestan, that's a beautiful bass... good luck with the sale. But also, what a knockout arrangement of "I'm Old Fashioned" - really well played. Edited August 15, 2007 by phagor
lawriemacmillan
I can vouch for this genuine sale. This bass and Johnny are both marvelous players and having owned one similar, it's tough finding a better specialized instrument at this quality and price in the UK. If you've always fancied one, save yourself the long wait that you'll face when ordering one new!!!!
Steve A
I owned a 5 string Progress III for a while and only sold it due to needing a more traditional sound. The Overwaters are clear, tight, focussed, with an incredible B string. I can't recommend them highly enough if you're looking for a modern bass.
