Jarhead
OK, I'm looking for a super heavy set of strings, and 65-130 sounds plenty heavy. Anybody got any or know where to buy them? I guess that the Warwick Black Label Low B strings would be good as well maybe? Zach
Protium
What are you tuning to?
Jarhead
Standard, but I like an extremely high tension string, so I have been using 50-110 so far. Just feels reassuring to have the string fight back at a gig, if you know what I mean. That and it stops guitarists from playing it Zach

Protium
That's a lot of tension to put on a Jazz neck (going by your avatar). Personally I wouldn't go heavier than 50 for a G and 115 for the E.
Jarhead
Perhaps, maybe I should try super light 5 string strings and just get rid of the G. Whats the lightest gauge I can get 5 string sets in? Zach
