Immaculate, superb condition Yamaha BB2004 NT in Natural; active 4 string bass. These basses were only in production for a short time at the Yamaha Kaohsiung Factory and were discontinued due the fact they cost more to produce than the selling price point.

The bass is a 4 string, PJ configuration, neck thru in natural; 3 band EQ. Looks stunning and plays really well, great tonal palette, versatile. First class workmanship and comfortable to play. 

These basses are rare and this one is in 9.5/10 condition. Sorry to see this go; too many basses for to few spaces.

“Designed with a sleek, deep-cutaway body profile, this new bass offers many of the features that have made Nathan East's BB-NE2 the deserved flagship of the BB range. The maple/mahogany through-neck promotes maximum sustain in conjunction with individual bridge assemblies for each string, while the playing range is a full two octaves. The rosewood fingerboard is decorated with sumptuous pearl block markers. A stunning palette of sounds comes via a powerful single-coil & split-coil configuration controlled by two-band EQ and a pickup balancer, plus the additional tone-shaping facilities of a variable mid cut frequency control and cut-off switch.”
