Charity donations in band name?

Hi all.

The band I'm in wants to raise money for charity in lieu of being payed for gigs. We have a specific charity in mind that is both on Justgiving and Virgin Moneygiving. What I'm trying to do is link to the charity via our Facebook page, website etc so that people can donate to charity via the band, in the band name and I can't see a way to do it. I can set up a specific event with date, time etc so that's ok for a gig, but what I'm trying to set up is a way of it being a permanently active link that people can donate to via us so we can keep track of what we've raised. Does anyone know of any way to accomplish this.
