ChunkyMunky Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 (edited) Hello, everyone! Here's a bit of an interesting post. I've got an Ibanez SR800 (MIJ) with a Bartolini PJ set in them. The whole lot is in rather poor condition and sorely needs some TLC. I never thought I'd be saying this but the pictures make it look quite a bit more attractive than in the flesh. This would make a great project for the right person or even someone who fancies fishing out the Bartolinis and have an MIJ Ibanez leftover after. I struggle to find the time to do anything with it with current commitments going on. So, what does it need? - A new finish since it is either significantly dented/chipped and almost the entire back has a matte texture to it after I wiped off the message written on the back of it with some lacquer killing solution. - The 'G' string saddle is free to float up and down since it is missing a spring. How this happened? I haven't the foggiest. I'm sure a replica or similar spring will rectify this issue. - A set up to the tastes of whoever buys this! I'm based in West Sussex and if you have any questions, please do let me know. PS - I'm open to trades. Luthier tools take priority! Edited March 16, 2019 by ChunkyMunky 1
