Sterling by EBMM Ray 35 Neck, great guitar in their own right! 

All married together for one amazing bass! Superb low action, 34" scale and the low B is not too floppy! 
The body is all original USA hardware & electronics, neck is all original Sterling Ray 35 hardware made in Indonesia. 
Hard case included, trial recommended!
