rumour6 Posted July 23, 2017 Share Posted July 23, 2017 (edited) [size=5][color=#3C3241]This had had the original driver replaced by a lightweight 12 when I got it: I've replaced this with driver from the most recent version of the cab: Fane Sovereign triple cone: 8 Ohms, 250 RMS. To do this the crossover had to go as not required and the driver is hard wired to the Speakon so jack and horn controls not in circuit. In VGC and lighter, more powerful and much extended smooth response (flat to 17K!!) Outstanding full range response from such a small box with EA build quality!!
