He was very understanding throughout the transaction as I needed to hang on to her for one last gig. All in all it was a very relaxed and reassuring transaction with Paul going the extra mile and sending a flight case for me to pack her into to ensure a safe and properly insured journey from the UK to Italy. Communication was great and Paul never put me under any pressure to speed up the transaction. I would highly recommend Paul as a buyer (and I'm sure he would be great as a seller too).
