The Pat McManus Band (remember Mama's Boys?) had their van broken into and everything stolen this week. This is nothing to do with me personally, but I've not seen it discussed here, so thought best to share it in the hope that a band can be reunited with it's gear.

I got chatting their bassist Marty when we supported them last year, top bloke all round. This is his Facebook post, text below incase you can't access it.

Ok. So, as many of you know. We've had our van broken into, and a shitload of gear stolen. Here's what we know ...
We played a gig in the Duck and Drake in Leeds last night, and afterwards, stayed in Bradford. The van was broken into in the wee hours, and everything that was taken was on stage. For some reason, the drums were left untouched. The only possible conclusion was this ..
The crime was planned at the gig, and we were followed from there to the hotel. Once a reasonable amount of time had passed, the thieves struck. They only targeted what was used on stage, so they knew exactly what they wanted. A list of what was stolen follows. We would ask you all to keep an eye in cash converters, pawn shops, Ebay, music gear sites and magazines, classifieds, and also on any jam sessions, open mics, and venues in the area for bands appearing with a change of gear.
