I've used it for double bass and on bass guitar for smaller gigs and rehearsals. It sounds loud, full and defined. I now use a Wizzy 10 which is lighter and more neutral sounding. It is very solidly built, in great condition and very easy to carry with one hand using the built in handle. This is the 4 ohm version rated at 300 watts with a single 1/4'' socket. I can throw in a speakon to 1/4" jack.
