doc40hz Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 (edited) Thought I'd give one of these a bash, but just not the bass for me (the front pick up interferes with popping) and I really need to trim down the collection. £490 - Including delivery to UK. In pretty good condition - a few minor chips here and there, works fine, bit of crackling on the volume pots but everything works as it should. Sounds immense, serious phat passive tones available and a huge variety too thanks to the funky circuitry. Comes in original case which is in not bad nick either. Also comes with the truss rod wrench ( a 5/16 wrench). Had it set up professionally a few weeks ago, so it got fresh strings and is playing nice. I think this bass would sing with a competent pick player (I don't really use a pick much). Trades: Yamaha bb 1024/1025, Fender Jazz (not MIM unless has been upgraded), Based in Newport on Tay , Fife.
