So maybe we don't sound as good as we used to, but at least we are now gigging regularly again![/quote] My money is on people who turn up and learn their parts every day over raw skill (particularly as I fall into that group myself!!). The first lot will practice and get better. The second lot will still be a pain in the arse. If people aren't interested and won't put the work in I doubt they'll change.
