Looks to be MIM, no leads, DC resistance 6.7K, ceramic bar magnet. Includes black screws and springs, as well as having a foam strip. Includes postage.

Hi, relevant measurement already stated at 94mm. Apart from that, it should fit any Jazz type rout that is long enough.
