Reluctant sale of beautiful Martin electroacoustic bass. BM Bass Mahogany. Year 2001.

Never been gigged and is in completely unmarked condition. Fishman pickup and EQ

Martin hard case included (slight tear in covering about 2 cm, just needs glue)

Pampered instrument that has only been used for home recording, but now no longer playing bass so collection being cleared.

Sounds fabulous amplified and is reasonably loud acoustically.

I wouldn't say so, but it is a high end/luxury bass and not really an everyday thing. I have a similar Martin bass and played it a lot when my kids were young and I didn't want to make a lot of noise. Lovely very high quality instruments but with a fairly limited appeal when so many of us are a bit short of cash. It really comes down to how much its worth to you. Are there other instruments you would trade for, of a similar value? Trades can work out well for both parties, provided you have a clear idea of what you would want...and can avoid the inevitable piss takers!
