I play bass for a local band, I don't know what the etiquette is around here for posting band ads so I'll hold fire. I only came across the forum whilst amp-shopping a few days ago. In terms of gear, I have a (very!) used Stingray that I use almost exclusively now, aswell as a Schecter Diamond Series Exotic. [attachment=11232:DSC_1824.JPG] They both go through an Ampeg B100R which I'm looking to upgrade now that the band is playing larger and larger gigs and the 100W is starting to get pushed!
