Hi everybody!
For sale (or trade) is my very nice and rare bass guitar, one of the first Streamer made by Warwick in 1983 (according to Hans-Peter Wilfer but it's maybe from 84).

A real Thunder funk/fusion machine with enormous growl which play like a dream.
I already had many other Streamer (BO, LX, SS1 from 1987, 1991 etc...) and none sound like this one.
If you want the TM Stevens and Stuart Zender's sound, this one is for you!

All original except neck pickup which was remplaced by exactly the same from the same period (EMG activ with Golden writing).

It takes me some years to find one and I finally found it on Talkbass in 2012 ( I still have the original if you want).
Very lightweight instrument 3,7Kg (8,15 Lbs) !
French Cherry body with a beatiful patina, wenge neck and very rare rosewood fingerboard.

Great condition for her age, no major dings (please see pictures below).
This beauty just had 2 owners in her life, me and a professionnal musician. So, she was always maintained well with bee wax and pro setting.

Action is very low and trussrod work fine, neck is very thin, straight and confortable with D shape.
There is absolutly no crack or deformation as we can see it sometimes on the old Warwick.

Fretts are ok and electronic too, just a very small noise when you turn the volume pot but that's not annoying at all.
Here is a pic which show the most used frett:

Hi hi! Yes, it's the only Streamer which allow me to have the "Mr Moon" slap sound (you just have to not turn the treble knob too much)
This bass have a marvelous growl and a unique "dark tone"..body is very thin compare to the other old Streamer I saw.

I'm actually looking after an old Fender jazz bass from the 70's, that's the only thing which interests me for the moment.
