bassjamm Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Hi guys and gals, I mentioned a while back that i was in the studio with my band getting a new demo down, both new originals and some of our classic covers...all funkified with a good portion of Groove Cartel... [url="http://www.groovecartel.co.uk"]www.groovecartel.co.uk[/url] I'm playing on all of them barr 'Getaway' which happens to be an awesome tracks. I used both my F Bass Studio 5 and Marleaux Constat Fretless 5 edition...my Ampeg SVT II and Dr Bass cabs. We D.I'd straight out of the Ampeg, and mic'd up the RX1260 cab and blended the signals for some ubber thick funk!!! Oh...and i did some singing/chanting...you can't hear it too well, but i'm the lowest voice, all rather tasty stuff though!!! DVD footage to follow soon...
