It's in a good condition, the original S1 Electronic is not intstalled, it has now the normal Jazz Bass V-V-T Setup (CTS-Pots). The Bass is located in Germany but Shipping within the EU is no Problem. The Bass comes in a GEWA Hardcase, wich looks like new.
