MetricMike Posted February 24, 2014 Share Posted February 24, 2014 I really enjoyed the sound and feel of this! Well put together and I thought the vocal level was fine. It does sound though as if you have tried to make make everything at the bass end as "big" and dark as possible, you might find that using eq to thin out some of the low end sounds would clear up a little muddiness and actually make the overall sound even bigger and darker. I must admit, i'm a total newbie when it comes to recording by myself, i've always either just gone live straight into tape decks, or someone else has done all the knob twiddling...
