Villex Soapbar 35 size passive pickups x 2

I bought these pickups to replace the EMG 35 CS pickups in my Modulus Quantum 4 bass because at the time I was after a passive option on the bass.

And here is the circuit with the Villex supplied mid pot - which will be included:


I have now reinstalled the original circuit in the Modulus as I have two Fenders for a passive sound.
These pickups give the much admired Villex middle and treble boost from what are passive pickups and a passive circuit.

The screened cables from the pickups look to have been cut very short! How long are they?

They are cut to 5 inches long on the pickups. The cuts were made well within the control cavity so there should be enough spare to enable a reconnect or insertion of another piece of three core cable. The original EMGs were cut in the same way by the professional luthier who fitted the Villexes and these could be refitted OK. Shouldn't be a problem.
