Freddy Le Cragg Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 We are Dirty Sweet Lies, an Oxford based rock band looking for a new singer for lead vocals (and some backing vocals on a minority of songs) for a 15th October start. We play our own material; currently have a set running around 45 mins and are always working on new stuff and have gigged across Oxfordshire. We're keen to gig regularly (we have 1 gig booked in November currently) and in the future do some more recording. We recently recorded our first double A-side single which we have released on iTunes and Amazon. Our songs vary from heavier stomping rock to slower ballad style stuff. We rehearse once a week in Bicester and are looking for someone who is into Led Zep, Foreigner, Early Fleetwood Mac sort of rock with a hint of Southern Rock (Skynyrd, Allman Bros). Being over 21 and within a commutable distance of Bicester, Banbury & Oxford is preferred. You will need to be available for rehearsal on Tuesday evenings and gigs.
