It's a 6-string model finished in Trans-Black: a beautiful-looking bass. Plays really nicely and has a great sound - obviously not just like a real upright but as close as you are going to get from an EUB. I have been using it through a Fishman preamp into a Roland Bass Cube and have always got a great sound. I am selling it reluctantly, along with a couple of other basses, to raise funds for a really good quality upright to replace my current plywood one. I have also provided a soft case for the tripod. Made from a single piece of Honduran Mahogany. 42" scale length. Built-in piezo pickup. In excellent condition. I am using a small ebony wedge to keep the adjustable bridge right on the sweet spot. No one else who has played it needs it, and Jesse - the maker- has never come across anyone else who needed one, so it must just be my rubbish technique. Anyway, it does the job just fine and I will include that if anyone wants it. I will not post it - it's far too precious to entrust to barbaric couriers - but will be happy to drive to meet you part-way or even all the way if not too far, for round trip cost of diesel at 50mpg.
