tonybassplayer Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 Rod Stewart at the MEN in Manchester last night and what an amazing gig. Love him or hate him he totally exceeded my expectations and entertained a packed arena for two hours. Plenty volume but heard every note despite sitting in the same area that I sat in for rush a couple of weeks ago ( more volume but no clarity ) Last song of the night was Stay With Me which was a total surprise ( one of the favourites in my bands repertoire ) and they rocked Yes there was a bit of cheese but 12000 people singing all night can't be wrong.
