exodus Posted March 3, 2013 Share Posted March 3, 2013 Hey, I just bought a Warwick Quad VI along with a Warwick 600W 4x10inch speaker cabinet with horn. The Quad VI has a headphones input, and when I try use the headphones (while the speaker is plugged in), the headphones don't work, and the speaker keeps working. I am wondering if starting the Quad VI without plugging it in to the speaker (so I can use headphones instead) will damage it? VTypeV4 Posted March 3, 2013 Share Posted March 3, 2013 The Warwick amp is solid state (transistor) amplifier so running it without speakers will not harm it.
