Rosewood fretboard (Plek treatment in factory for the fret, like Lakland basses, for example)
Alder body with AAAA Maple Top

Seymour DuncandCustom wound single coil hum cancelling pick ups
Hipshot ultralite tuners and bridge
Bartolini Acitve circuit Ntmb (custom 18 v) with volume (push pull active/passive), blend, bass, mid (plus swicth for three mid freq) and high tone.

Are you sure about the string spacing? Unless yours is a custom 19mm, standard spacing on every Lull should be 18mm.
I had two Modern 5 and both were 18mm... one exactly like yours (rosewood fb) traded for my actual to-go bass, Modern 5 with BEM fb, quilt top in transparent grey finish and Audere preamp.
